After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree, Ruby decided to follow her passion and moved back into the Culinary Field.  With many years of experience working in Catering, Hotels and Private Clubs, Ruby joined Cynthia at Cape Creations Catering.  The two Chefs had worked together in Savannah prior to the emergence of Cape Creations as one of the premier Catering Companies.  Ruby also brings excellent baking skills to the table.
